A Pre-order is a product that has not yet come into stock but you can pre-purchase it to secure your item.
Please note that supply quantity is subject to change without notice by the manufacturer/supplier. In such instances, your order quantity may be reduced or cancelled in entirety.
Deposits
Pre-order products have the option to either pay in full or pay a flat rate deposit to secure the item in which case you pay the remaining balance upon arrival of the product into our warehouse. The deposit secures your particular item but please note it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Fees
6 Days cooling-off period; If you disagree with the terms of this agreement or change your mind, then you may cancel your pre-order without penalty if it is within 6 days of placing it. Your deposit will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
Please note cancellation fees apply after the cooling off period; Should you cancel your pre-order after the cooling-off period, your deposit will not be refunded and therefore used entirety to cover the cancellation fees.
Release Date
Pre-order dates are estimates only and subject to change. These estimates are based on the most up to date information that we have available at the time. Any changes are beyond our control and due to the discretion of our distributors and the manufacturers.
Our release date might differ to the release date initially advertised. Also please consider shipping duration for our products to arrive in our country from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
Change In Price
If the pre-ordered product price increases on arrival, we will still honor the price at the time you made your purchase regardless of whether you paid in full or a deposit to secure the item.
However, we do, from time to time, need to increase prices on arrival and those that have not pre-ordered will be subject to the new price when it is made “In Stock” on the website.
